Falcon Eleven Media LLC ("Falcon Eleven," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide public relations and editorial media placement, ghostwriting and book publishing, digital advertising, and brand authority services. Falcon Eleven Media LLC is the party responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is handled — the "data controller" under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and the "business" under US state privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to falconeleven.com (the "Site") and to the services we provide to clients and prospective clients. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Server log files. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard log data each time the Site is accessed. This is routine to the operation of any web server and is used for security, diagnostics and traffic analysis. We will not use your name, company name, logo, project details, or resulting media coverage in our own marketing materials, case studies, or website without your prior permission.
Falcon Eleven is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. The Site and our services are directed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including publications where our clients' work appears and platforms where books are sold.
