1. Introduction

Falcon Eleven Media LLC ("Falcon Eleven," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide public relations and editorial media placement, ghostwriting and book publishing, digital advertising, and brand authority services. Falcon Eleven Media LLC is the party responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is handled — the "data controller" under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and the "business" under US state privacy laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to falconeleven.com (the "Site") and to the services we provide to clients and prospective clients. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

• Enquiry and contact details — your name, email address, telephone number, company or organisation name, job title, the service you are interested in, indicated budget range, and the content of any message you send us through our enquiry forms, by email, or by telephone.
• Client and project information — where you engage us, information necessary to deliver the work. Depending on the service, this may include your professional biography, career history, company information, marketing materials, draft manuscripts, notes, interview recordings and transcripts, images, and any other materials you provide for the purpose of developing content or securing media coverage on your behalf.
• Billing information — the details required to invoice you and process payment. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed through third-party providers [CONFIRM: e.g. Payoneer, bank transfer], and those providers handle your payment credentials under their own privacy policies.
• Communications — records of correspondence between us, including emails, messages, call notes, and scheduling information.
• Marketing sign-ups — your name and email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, download a resource, or otherwise opt in to hear from us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Server log files. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard log data each time the Site is accessed. This is routine to the operation of any web server and is used for security, diagnostics and traffic analysis. Log data includes IP address, browser type and version, internet service provider, operating system, date and time of access, pages requested, referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks. Our analytics providers and we may also collect approximate location derived from IP address (typically city or region level), device type and screen resolution, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, links clicked, the website or advertisement that referred you, and cookie or device identifiers.

2.3 Information from third parties

We sometimes receive information about you from selected third parties, including:

• Publicly available professional sources, where we research a prospective client or a media opportunity
• Publications, editors and media contacts, in the course of pitching or placing a story

3. How we use your information

5.1 Managing your cookie preferences

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working, and that if you clear your cookies we will not be able to remember your preferences. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard for them has been adopted. Where required, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

These technologies allow those third parties to receive your IP address and to measure or personalise the advertising you see across websites. We do not control, and cannot access, cookies set by third-party advertisers. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not by this one. You can generally opt out of personalised advertising through the settings of the relevant platform, or through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below.

• Service providers. Companies that help us operate our business, acting on our instructions and under contract. • Publications, editors and media contacts. Where you engage us for public relations or editorial placement, we necessarily share information about you — such as your biography, commentary, company details and supporting materials — with journalists, editors and publications, for the purpose of securing coverage. We share only what is required for that purpose, and only in connection with work you have instructed us to carry out.

• Legal and regulatory disclosure. Where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
• Business transfers. If Falcon Eleven is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising by third parties in exchange for value.

7. Client confidentiality

Materials you provide to us in the course of an engagement — including unpublished manuscripts, drafts, commercial information, strategy documents and personal history shared for the purpose of developing content — are treated as confidential. We do not publish, quote, or disclose them except as necessary to deliver the work you have instructed us to deliver, or as required by law. We will not use your name, company name, logo, project details, or resulting media coverage in our own marketing materials, case studies, or website without your prior permission.

8. International transfers

Falcon Eleven is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where we transfer personal information from the UK, EU or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK equivalent, together with additional measures where necessary.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as we need it:

• Enquiries that do not become engagements — retained for up to [CONFIRM: 24 months] from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Client and project records — retained for the duration of the engagement and for [CONFIRM: 7 years] afterwards, to meet tax, accounting and professional record-keeping obligations.
• Marketing contacts — retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, and thereafter we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again in error.

10. Security

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information to us by unsecured email. 11. Your rights

11.1 All visitors

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy of it
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need
• Unsubscribe from marketing communications

11.2 Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know what categories of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to
• Access a copy of the specific personal information we hold about you
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share personal information in this way, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in Section 16. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will require proof of their authority. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, normally by confirming details we already hold. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law, generally 45 days, and may extend where permitted.

11.3 Residents of the UK, EU and EEA

In addition to the rights above, you have the right to:

• Object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, including profiling
• Restrict processing — asking us to keep your information but stop using it, in certain circumstances
• Portability — receiving the information you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or having it transmitted to another controller
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
• Erasure — asking us to delete your information where there is no good reason for us to continue holding it. We may not be able to comply in full where we have a legal obligation to retain records, and we will tell you if that is the case.

11.4 How to make a request

Send your request to the contact address in Section 16, describing what you want and which right you are exercising. To protect your information, we may ask for specific details to verify your identity before we act. There is no charge, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline, and will explain why.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information or a rights request, contact us first using the details in Section 16. We will investigate and respond. If you remain dissatisfied:

• United Kingdom — you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
• EU and EEA — you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where the issue arose.
• United States — depending on your state, you may contact your State Attorney General. Residents of states with an appeal right may also appeal our decision by replying to our response with the word "Appeal" and your reasons; we will respond within the period your state's law requires. Raising a complaint with a regulator does not affect any other legal remedy available to you.

13. Marketing communications

If you receive marketing email from us, every message includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You may also reply asking to be removed, or contact us using the details in Section 16. We will action opt-out requests promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages relating to an active engagement, such as project updates, invoices, and service notices.

14. Children's privacy

The Site and our services are directed at businesses and professionals and are not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including publications where our clients' work appears and platforms where books are sold. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include emailing registered clients and subscribers. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
